The SVP of Subscriptions will oversee and scale Newsweek's subscription business, focusing on strategy, growth, product management, and cross-department collaboration to drive revenue and retention.

Produce fast, high-value subscriber-first journalism and promotional video to drive conversion and retention. Identify trending stories, publish rapid-response commentary, edit and help run subscriber newsletters, maintain editorial standards and media-law risk awareness, manage direct reports, and collaborate across editorial, video, audience, product, and marketing teams to develop new subscriber-focused storytelling formats.

Lead day-to-day planning, commissioning and delivery of subscriber-focused content; translate publishing strategy into workflows; line-manage and develop content teams; ensure editorial standards, timely distribution and promotion via homepage and newsletters; collaborate with product, technology and editorial teams to grow subscriber engagement.
