Lead business development and marketing for M&A and Private Equity practice, supporting Antitrust & Competition and Tax. Develop BD strategies, manage pitches/RFIs, produce marketing materials, oversee directories and league table submissions, run lead generation and market research, and track proposals and reporting to grow client base and visibility.

Provide corporate paralegal support for asset management fund work: draft and proof fund documents, review subscription agreements, prepare closing bibles, perform Excel calculations, liaise with counsel and clients, manage files, conduct legal and market research, and assist attorneys.
