Analyze, design, implement, and support Oracle ERP solutions across order management and supply chain processes. Map business processes, identify optimization opportunities, develop requirements and functional specifications, perform gap analysis, and integrate ERP with EDI, 3PL, and other enterprise applications. Configure and enhance ERP modules, troubleshoot complex issues, maintain data integrity and documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on implementation and improvement projects.
