Drive new business and revenue growth for standby servicing within UK and European capital markets. Manage existing clients and funder accounts, build sales pipelines, lead tenders, negotiate agreements, support contract preparation, and expand services through cross-selling. The role requires strong financial services relationships, capital markets knowledge, excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, and effective CRM management. Industry event representation and collaboration across internal teams are also key responsibilities.

Provide company secretarial advisory services to a portfolio of listed and private clients. Lead board and committee administration, AGM and shareholder processes, regulatory announcements, governance advice, annual report support, and junior staff mentoring. Ensure compliance with Companies Act, Listing and AIM Rules, UK Corporate Governance Code and Market Abuse Regulations, and liaise with advisers to deliver high-quality client service.
