Lead development and execution of International Global Wholesale & Specialty strategy to drive profitable growth. Define analytics priorities, monitor performance, evaluate and prioritise investments, and lead governance and transformation delivery. Act as strategic partner to senior underwriting, finance, operations, and data/AI stakeholders to ensure disciplined execution and measurable business value.
