Senior Risk Manager supporting the CRO to develop, embed and oversee the enterprise Risk Management Framework for Lloyd's Syndicate 2786. Lead ORSA, internal model validation oversight, RCSA enhancement, risk event analysis, thematic reviews and second-line assurance. Provide risk advice, challenge and reporting to senior stakeholders to ensure compliance with Lloyd's requirements and support sustainable, compliant growth.

Lead monthly/quarterly general ledger close for a Lloyd's syndicate and related entities, supervise accounting staff, maintain ledger controls, liaise with business functions, support regulatory and group reporting, coordinate external audits, and improve accounting processes.

Lead global pricing strategy and modernization for wholesale and specialty insurance, driving analytics, AI/ML integration, pricing model governance, catastrophe and transaction-level pricing support, and talent development to improve underwriting performance and return on capital.

Provide deal-level actuarial pricing and portfolio performance analysis for structured, multi-line and delegated insurance solutions. Assess profitability, volatility and capital impacts, support portfolio monitoring, business planning and exposure management. Partner with underwriters and analytics teams to translate technical outputs, improve pricing tools and data quality, and contribute to pricing transformation initiatives.
