Lead architecture and strategic evolution of hybrid infrastructure platforms (VCF, storage, VDI, backup, hybrid cloud). Define reference architectures, automation and observability standards, guide major programmes and migrations, troubleshoot complex incidents, and mentor infrastructure engineers to ensure secure, resilient, and operationally supportable platforms.

Lead and manage AVEVA's global IT internal controls and SOX programme: design and implement ITGCs, establish BAU SOX testing, coordinate global testing and remediation, manage Internal/External Audit relationships and co-source partners, report control issues to Audit Committee, drive consistency across regions, and promote automation and evidence retention for compliant control operation and testing.

Lead a team of internal control analysts to manage global control cycles, own RACMs, design and execute 2LOD testing, collate evidence for audits, support remediation and control design, liaise with stakeholders and co-source partners, and drive process improvements and automation in the SOx/IFRS/US GAAP transformation.

Build end-to-end prototypes (frontend, backend, APIs, data integrations) for industrial AI, Digital Twins, robotics and edge scenarios. Implement and test REST APIs, fix bugs, add basic tests, follow security best practices, document setups, and collaborate in multidisciplinary teams while using AI-assisted tools and container/cloud deployment.

Provide accurate, confidential end-to-end payroll support for assigned EMEA payrolls, manage outsourced provider, deliver month-end payroll/accounting tasks, ensure statutory reporting, resolve complex payroll queries, support HR on payroll issues, maintain compliance with legislation and company policies, and assist with audits.
