Lead international health commercial expansion by sourcing, negotiating, and scaling enterprise and consumer health partnerships. Build partner programs, manage 10–20 strategic accounts, coordinate cross-functional teams (product, clinical, legal, ops), define success metrics, and drive commercialization across insurers, employers, health systems, and consumer platforms. Use data and experimentation to optimize partner adoption, engagement, and revenue.

Lead Oura's international communications strategy across EMEA and APAC, manage regional agencies and media relations, localize storytelling, support executive media training and crisis communications, partner cross-functionally on launches and campaigns, and define KPIs to measure impact.
