Act as strategic HR partner for DACH, Nordics and UK&I: consult senior leaders, manage employee relations, drive talent and organizational initiatives, facilitate change, and support leadership development across a matrixed, multi-site technology organization.

Generate qualified sales meetings by prospecting target accounts, qualifying needs, and building relationships with decision-makers and internal sales teams. Execute multi-channel outreach (phone, email, social) and collaborate with Account Executives to drive pipeline.
