Manage a portfolio of strategic EMEA customers to drive adoption, ROI, retention and growth. Provide consultative guidance on financial planning processes, build executive relationships, coordinate cross-functional teams, define scalable success processes, use data and SFDC to identify risks/opportunities, and act as the voice of the customer.
