The Senior Product Marketing Manager will shape global propositions for Monzo's Borrowing products, lead product launch strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure market success and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Lead product marketing for a multi-product Collective: set one-year strategy, drive market intelligence, shape product strategy and positioning, own launch sequencing and briefs, embed product-market fit into squads, and coach/raise standards for a small team. Partner with Integrated Marketing to translate propositions into go-to-market execution across UK and European markets.

The Lead Product Designer will tackle complex design challenges, define product visions, enhance design systems, and collaborate across teams at Monzo. They are expected to lead projects, mentor team members, and improve customer-centric solutions using innovative design methodologies.

Lead credit strategy for credit card products by designing underwriting and limit approaches, analysing portfolio performance and profitability, building NPV and forecasting models, developing segmentation, running deep-dive analyses, partnering with Product/Engineering/Data teams, and presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders while ensuring regulatory and governance alignment.

Own preparation, analysis and submission of capital and liquidity regulatory reports. Ensure compliance, high data quality and controls, build dashboards, investigate data issues, automate reporting processes, and partner with internal teams on regulatory and product changes.

Lead technical development and production deployment of advanced ML solutions (including LLMs, RAG, graph and sequence models) to improve customer operations. Provide hands-on engineering, mentor ML engineers, collaborate with product and backend teams, and drive MLOps and lifecycle strategy to route, disambiguate and resolve customer queries at scale.

Develop and maintain credit models and underwriting strategies for unsecured lending, monitor portfolio performance, build dashboards and data tables, translate data insights to inform product and pricing decisions, and collaborate cross-functionally to support product rollouts and regulatory-compliant lending.

Lead technical development and production deployment of ML models for search, personalization, ranking, and recommendations. Build scalable, explainable ML solutions, own end-to-end impact, collaborate with backend and product teams, and iterate on experiments using cloud-native data at scale.

Lead technical ML efforts to detect and prevent financial crime by designing, developing and shipping production deep learning, graph and sequence models. Provide IC technical leadership, mentor peers, work with product, engineering and MLOps to iterate models on a cloud-native platform, and measure production impact while minimising false positives and operational costs.

Own day-to-day delivery of people governance and accountability frameworks (SMCR, IAF/SEAR), translate regulatory requirements into practical processes, drive continuous improvement, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, support audits and regulatory engagement, and use data to identify risks and prioritise improvements.
