Manage regulatory reporting policy, compliance, controls, governance, and interpretation of UK and European prudential regulations. Review capital, liquidity, and financial returns; partner with engineering, data science, Treasury, Risk, and project teams to improve data quality and reporting accuracy. Lead automation implementation, testing, process changes, continuous improvement, and team development while ensuring timely, complete, and compliant regulatory submissions.

Supports the Chief Product Officer and Product Leadership Team by driving strategic projects, product roadmap and organizational planning, performance reporting, business reviews, cross-functional prioritization, team engagement, and executive communications. The role helps resolve complex dependencies, prepares the CPO for senior stakeholder interactions, and may represent the CPO in key forums.

Lead end-to-end planning and execution of cross-team payments products. Define roadmaps, manage dependencies, timelines, risks and stakeholders. Drive decisions to remove blockers, ensure operational effectiveness, and propose technical solutions. Dive into data and architecture to make informed trade-offs and deliver value for users.

Provide legal advice to product teams on banking, payments and regulated financial products. Triage product legal queries, identify legal and regulatory risks, support governance, collaborate with Compliance/Risk/Operations, train stakeholders, and help scale legal processes and tooling for Monzo's UK product portfolio.
