Build outbound pipeline across EMEA through multi-channel prospecting. Own territory with Mid-Market/Enterprise AEs, personalize outreach, test prospecting plays, collaborate with Marketing, maintain CRM hygiene, and track activity to hit KPIs and scale the outbound motion.

Lead an EMEA-based team delivering dedicated implementations for Strategic and High-Touch customers. Own implementation/project delivery, team scaling, regionalization of processes, enterprise onboarding, cross-functional alignment, and driving consistent, data-informed time-to-value and handoffs into Customer Success.

Provide technical customer support for Ashby by diagnosing integration and API issues, troubleshooting via logs and scripting, collaborating with engineering on escalations, creating documentation, and driving product improvements from customer feedback.

Own technical configuration and testing for new Ashby customers, partner with specialists to gather requirements, document configurations, run go-live testing, and support change management. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful SaaS implementations and advise customers on best practices.
