The Program Manager will coordinate and execute leadership development programs, manage client relationships, budgets, logistics, and ensure high-quality delivery in both in-person and virtual formats.

Lead design and delivery of leadership and learning solutions: translate client needs, manage project plans, budgets, contracts and timelines, lead project teams, maintain senior client relationships, report progress, manage risks, and analyze project performance to ensure high-quality outcomes.
