Act as trusted advisor, drive people strategy changes, partner with Reward, People Services and L&D, and help shape employee experience for the business area.

Create high-end photoreal CGI, VFX and AI-enhanced imagery by modelling, animating, simulating, texturing, lighting and rendering. Build and maintain generative AI workflows, write VEX and Python automation for Houdini, integrate 3D and AI assets into the post-production pipeline, and collaborate with the creative team to deliver scalable, luxury beauty content.

Build and deploy production-ready AI/ML systems across the full lifecycle, including agentic systems (RAG, prompt engineering), non-GenAI models (recommenders, forecasting), APIs/microservices, CI/CD and IaC, monitoring and guardrails, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure scalable, secure, and observable ML solutions.
