The Senior Digital Product Designer will create holistic digital experiences and collaborate with various teams to ensure app functionality, aesthetics, and alignment with brand vision.

Support planning, building, QA and deployment of CRM campaigns across email, push, SMS and in-app; manage journeys in Braze; use Movable Ink for dynamic content; apply AI and automation for personalization and optimization; analyze performance in Looker; support mobile app CRM, testing, and lifecycle optimization; deliver insights and streamline processes.

Drive in-store and retailer performance through sales reporting, forecasting, inventory and assortment management. Build trading relationships to support NPD launches, collaborate cross-functionally (supply chain, marketing, VM, finance) and provide ad-hoc analysis to identify retail opportunities and ensure on-shelf availability across EU retailers.

Responsible for digital tracking implementation across app and web, ensuring accurate measurement and reporting, and maintaining documentation across stakeholders. Collaborates with Product and Engineering teams using tools like Snowplow, GTM, and provides insights through BI platforms.

Manage global stock for part of the portfolio by translating demand into supply plans, executing replenishment, maintaining inventory accuracy, and managing supplier relationships. Monitor deliveries, reconcile third-party inventories, expediate where needed, drive OTIF improvements, contribute planning insights to S&OP, and partner cross-functionally to mitigate risks and ensure product availability.

Lead VAT compliance for EMEA/UK, manage submissions and payments, liaise with advisors and tax authorities, support indirect tax audits, advise business on VAT accounting and invoicing, contribute to VAT technology strategy (Making Tax Digital) and support ad hoc international tax and customs projects.

Partner with Magic Office leadership to deliver HR support across performance management, talent mapping, succession planning, employee relations, long-term sickness/occupational health cases, compensation & benefits coordination, and culture/engagement initiatives. Act as trusted advisor, drive people strategy changes, partner with Reward, People Services and L&D, and help shape employee experience for the business area.

Own the mobile app product strategy and roadmap for iOS and Android, lead evidence-based discovery, prioritise opportunities, work with Design/Engineering/Data to deliver and measure outcomes, drive launches, and ensure continuity and handover during a six-month maternity cover.

Lead strategic retail partnerships across EU, negotiate commercial terms, manage account P&L and sales forecasting, drive category ranking and launch plans, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and coach the commercial team to deliver growth.

Lead customer insight initiatives by shaping strategy and analysis, managing a team, and influencing key business decisions based on data-driven insights.
