Provides strategic leadership for configurable, multi-tenant manufacturing software and may work directly with customers at manufacturing locations.

Own the full lifecycle of AI-enabled manufacturing products, from customer discovery and prototyping through launch, adoption, and scale. Define product strategy, vision, roadmaps, investment cases, and measurable outcomes while prioritizing customer value. Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, support, and customer success to deliver scalable solutions. Identify opportunities for AI-driven workflow optimization, contribute to pricing and packaging, support go-to-market activities, and drive commercial performance and adoption.

Lead and execute Nexus Black marketing campaigns to drive inbound and net-new demand across product lines. Build AI-first marketing workflows using Claude tools, manage HubSpot campaigns and CMS content, collaborate with product, sales, and regional teams, optimize performance via A/B testing and analytics, and manage budgets and vendors to deliver pipeline and revenue impact.

Lead the Internal Developer Platform vision and execution to improve developer experience: define golden paths, service templates, self-service scaffolding, CI/CD integration and observability. Drive adoption and metrics, integrate auth/IAM, partner with infra/SRE/product teams, mentor senior platform engineers, and influence platform architecture and standards across a large distributed engineering organisation.

Build, operate and support the Internal Developer Platform (IDP) end-to-end: implement self-service workflows, scaffolders, service catalogue entries and CI/CD integration; integrate IDP with Kairos and Nexus; create developer documentation and enablement; resolve platform reliability and performance issues; contribute to platform standards and roadmap; provide platform support and enablement for product teams.

Owns resolution of strategic high-risk customer accounts across a global portfolio. Coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, leads risk reviews and escalations, tracks financial and commercial exposure, monitors retention and revenue risks, and delivers executive dashboards and governance reporting. The role also drives automation and workflow improvements while holding stakeholders accountable for timely issue resolution.

Work directly with enterprise customers to design, implement, and deploy production-ready AI agents using IFS Loops. Integrate with customer systems, tune agent behavior, troubleshoot deployments, iterate for performance and adoption, and document/handoff stable solutions to engineering or support teams.

Act as the customer's voice where AI meets operations: define and evaluate AI workflows, shape demos and pilots, support pre-sales, and maintain/expand customer relationships with domain expertise and evidence-backed results.

Own Copperleaf’s revenue operations function, including forecasting, pipeline management, demand generation, deal desk, Salesforce and sales technology, analytics, territory planning, capacity modeling, and sales compensation. Improve forecast accuracy, sales productivity, deal execution, and ARR growth by creating a predictable enterprise sales process. Lead AI adoption across go-to-market operations and present performance insights and risks to senior leadership.

Lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure enterprise software using Go, distributed systems, Domain-Driven Design, event-driven architecture, and cloud-native technologies. Build production AI-native applications incorporating LLMs, RAG, tool calling, and agentic workflows. Partner with Product and Design, solve complex customer problems, mentor engineers, lead technical initiatives, and promote engineering excellence, observability, testing, security, and operational readiness.
