The role requires translating project delivery, resource management, and financial-control challenges into business value while engaging executives, technical leaders, customers, partners, and industry forums.

Leads finance-focused discovery workshops, customer meetings, demonstrations, proposals, and executive presentations. Translates financial management processes into value-led IFS solution narratives covering accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and operational efficiency. Partners with Sales, Product, Presales, and Consulting teams to support opportunities, communicate AI-enabled capabilities, capture market feedback, and position IFS solutions across the UK and international markets.

Owns the full sales cycle for net-new revenue across multiple industries, including prospecting, qualification, pipeline management, forecasting, negotiation, and closing. Collaborates with channel partners and internal teams to progress partner-influenced opportunities, build territory plans, execute value-based sales, maintain CRM accuracy, and achieve quarterly and annual quotas.

Own technical customer outcomes from discovery through production adoption. Build and deploy solutions using customer data, rapidly prototype AI and agentic applications, measure business value, and productionize successful solutions with security, reliability, and maintainability. Partner with sales, product, and R&D teams to translate customer needs into reusable accelerators, roadmap investments, and platform improvements. The role requires customer-facing communication, enterprise integrations, software engineering, and up to 50% travel.

Lead Level 2 IT support and provide advanced troubleshooting across hardware, software, networks, and endpoint platforms.
