Lead seasonal trend, colour and print direction for the brand. Manage research, workflow and a creative team to deliver trend-led palettes and presentations. Collaborate with design, buying and production to embed insights into collections, present actionable research, recruit and develop team members, and ensure alignment with the brand vision and creative strategy.

Lead execution of COS's global brand media strategy across Paid Social, Display, OOH, Online Video, Publisher Partnerships and CTV. Ensure global consistency, develop playbooks and standards, support measurement (lift studies, incrementality), partner with regional teams and agencies on budget allocation and reporting, enforce brand safety, and translate insights into actionable optimizations to drive brand awareness and ROI.
