Provide high-level support to the CEO and London executives including complex calendars, travel, briefings, and stakeholder coordination; lead setup and day-to-day management of the London office (lease, vendors, furniture, IT); coordinate leadership visits, onboarding, budgets, and compliance to ensure a professional, efficient office environment.
