Own the Pay Transparency product area across Communication Rounds, Information Requests, and Pay Remediation. Shape the roadmap with Product Management, gather customer use cases, prioritize and document user stories, lead backlog grooming, and partner with engineering and UX to deliver high-quality features. Coordinate with product teams to align priorities and maintain documentation. The role requires B2B SaaS product experience, JIRA proficiency, user-centered design knowledge, and strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Own the full enterprise SaaS sales cycle across the UK and Nordics, from pipeline generation through closing. Build relationships with C-level buyers, manage complex multi-stakeholder opportunities, create business cases and value assessments, and collaborate with Sales Development, Marketing, and Pre-sales. Represent beqom at industry events and develop expertise in compensation, pay equity, sales performance, and performance management.

Owns top-of-funnel business development for UK and Nordic enterprise markets. Generates and qualifies opportunities through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach; engages HR, Compensation, Total Rewards, and Finance leaders; applies BANT and MEDDIC; maintains HubSpot pipeline accuracy; coordinates qualified-meeting handoffs to Account Executives; and collaborates with the EMEA sales team on messaging and market intelligence.
