Partner with business leaders to align People Operations to strategy; lead talent management, employee engagement, complex employee relations, AI integration and change management; use HR analytics, ensure regional compliance, support global HR initiatives, and oversee core HR processes across the region.

Lead end-to-end implementations of CRM, CDP, and marketing automation systems; design MarTech stacks; write technical specifications; work with engineers and PMs; manage client communication; support marketing analytics, attribution, and lifecycle optimization.
