Own commercial outcomes, resource and financial management, planning, risk, stakeholder communication, and drive Agile delivery, change management, testing, and handoff to support while improving processes and customer satisfaction.

Serve as a consultative advisor to elite law firms and corporate legal teams, driving AI adoption in legal research, drafting, and workflows. Lead tailored demos, design and run pilots, influence buying decisions with Account Executives, and guide cultural and process change to achieve measurable outcomes. Capture customer insights to inform product and go-to-market strategy and collaborate on marketing and enablement to showcase AI success stories.
