Manage client relationships, develop growth and marketing technology roadmaps, design CDP, analytics, lifecycle, warehouse, CRM, and integration architectures, and perform hands-on taxonomy, measurement, attribution, segmentation, and QA work. Direct technical teams, manage budgets and scope, lead pre-sales discovery and proposals, and drive account retention and expansion across EMEA and North American clients.
