Leads client reputation strategy and research projects using quantitative and qualitative methods. Manages research suppliers, survey design, data analysis, focus groups, interviews, project delivery, client relationships, strategic recommendations, presentations, proposals, and junior staff. Translates audience research into compelling insights, positioning, narratives, communications strategies, and strategic imperatives.

Manage project revenue processes including timely client invoicing, reconciling purchase orders and rechargeable costs, maintaining WIP and sales ledger, investigating variances, reporting project profitability, managing debtors and cash receipts, supporting audits, and closing project accounts.

Lead smaller projects and workstreams within larger engagements, deliver high-quality analysis and recommendations, manage client interactions, coach junior staff, support business development, and contribute to practice initiatives.

Lead day-to-day execution of debt advisory mandates: build financial models, draft slide decks and term sheets, analyse financing options, support management teams, manage processes, and assist business development across European markets.

Provide VAT advisory and compliance support for restructuring and insolvency matters: advise insolvency practitioners, companies and lenders on VAT implications, liaise with HMRC, prepare VAT reports and returns, respond to internal queries, support business development, deliver training, collaborate with tax and restructuring teams, and draft indirect tax thought pieces.

Support TMT financial communications clients through research, media engagement, drafting communications (press releases, Q&A, key messages), media and analyst monitoring, spotting risks and opportunities, preparing pitch materials, and delivering insight to senior teams.
