Executes and helps define information security strategy, leading risk assessments, audits, policies, control testing, vendor risk reviews, business continuity, disaster recovery, incident response, and remediation tracking. The role manages compliance across CIS, NIST, ISO 27001, and SOC 2 frameworks, maintains risk registers and dashboards, coordinates with global stakeholders and auditors, and mentors junior security professionals.

Coordinates post-sale client service by managing inquiries, complaints, tickets, calls, shipping quotes, VAT refunds, payment links, documentation, and collection arrangements. Collaborates with shipping, accounts receivable, and finance teams to ensure timely communication and accurate processing. Requires strong communication, organization, numeracy, discretion, problem-solving, and client-service skills. A second European language and SAP experience are preferred.

Operate customs processing and record-keeping for goods admitted into the UK, ensuring compliance and accurate data. Prepare and submit customs declarations, monitor Temporary Admission deadlines, coordinate with freight forwarders and internal teams, and support VAT compliance, data analysis, and wider tax projects under supervision.
