Manages Account Managers, Media Strategists, and Campaign Managers while partnering with Sales on renewals, upsells, pipeline alignment, and pre-sales work. Oversees campaign optimization, pacing, QA, client reporting, capacity planning, and service frameworks. Represents regional client needs in product planning and uses AI and automation to identify health and renewal-risk signals.
