Work with business users, developers and project teams to design and execute test plans, perform functional/regression/integration/UAT testing, manage defects, validate insurance product and policy administration functionality, ensure data integrity, support test automation initiatives, and produce test documentation and quality metrics.

Support claims financial processing, reserves, reconciliations, reinsurance recoveries, and month-end close. Produce claims finance reports, maintain controls and audit-ready records, liaise with brokers/reinsurers/TPAs, and identify process improvements.

Provide first-line Acturis functional and system support via phone and email, resolve user issues, support configuration changes and migrations, liaise with suppliers, maintain governance and documentation, and improve system use and user guidance.

Develop and manage a personal pipeline of new commercial insurance business, secure introducers, advise on quotations and coverage, manage renewals, liaise with broking and claims teams for accurate documentation, meet income and retention targets, and support colleague development while working compliantly.

Develop and manage High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth private client insurance relationships, focusing on property and associated lines. Generate new business, handle quotations, renewals, mid-term adjustments, negotiate with underwriters, maintain Acturis records, perform due diligence, assist directors on complex cases, support credit control, and meet new business/retention targets.

Lead quality engineering within cross-functional squads: define and execute test strategies, introduce modern testing tools, drive automation, performance, security and accessibility testing, monitor quality metrics, support CI/CD, mentor engineers, and establish dashboards to drive continuous improvement.

Design, build, and deploy Generative AI/LLM applications (chatbots, RAG, document intelligence) on GCP using Vertex AI, BigQuery, and containerised services. Work with data teams, implement CI/CD, monitoring, vector databases, and ensure Responsible AI, GDPR, and regulatory compliance while engaging stakeholders.

Proactively generate and convert new corporate insurance business through cold calling, quoting, and relationship-building. Provide specialist advice, prepare accurate admin and quotations, liaise with insurers, meet regulatory requirements, and support team and accounts. Target: 40 quotes/month with a 1:3 conversion rate.

Lead regional QA for retail broking, driving quality, governance, complaint and breach management. Provide leadership to local QA teams, align regional activity with national QA strategy, collaborate with compliance, analyze service data to improve customer outcomes, and report regional QA performance to senior leadership.

Provide high-level administrative support to consultants across employee benefits products. Manage policy memberships and insurer liaison, maintain CRM and records, ensure GDPR and FCA compliance, handle office operations and documentation, and travel occasionally for training or meetings.

Own and operate the Acturis Small Change governance framework, run the Small Change Board, prioritise and control change demand, assess risk/impact, ensure regulatory and data integrity, define testing and release requirements, maintain transparency of backlog and benefits, and act as the primary operational interface with Acturis.

Provide FCA regulatory advice to partner brokers, conduct health-check and regulatory visits, assess compliance, monitor and update action plans, escalate non-compliance, and support brokers to meet regulatory obligations. Role requires regular regional travel and stakeholder communication.

Provide Acturis implementation, training and consultancy to Partner Brokers; troubleshoot platform and broking/accounting issues; build reports/templates; manage projects, deliver go-lives, promote Hedron services, and maintain strong broker relationships while ensuring regulatory compliance.
