Resolves tenancy deposit disputes between landlords, agents, and tenants by reviewing evidence, applying scheme rules and relevant law, and issuing clear, well-reasoned decisions. The role also supports case assessors, advises on technical dispute issues, processes adjudication-related administration, writes case studies, and meets adjudication deadlines while working independently and collaboratively.

Proactively generate and convert new corporate insurance business through cold calling, quoting, and relationship-building. Provide specialist advice, prepare accurate admin and quotations, liaise with insurers, meet regulatory requirements, and support team and accounts. Target: 40 quotes/month with a 1:3 conversion rate.

Design, build, and deploy Generative AI/LLM applications (chatbots, RAG, document intelligence) on GCP using Vertex AI, BigQuery, and containerised services. Work with data teams, implement CI/CD, monitoring, vector databases, and ensure Responsible AI, GDPR, and regulatory compliance while engaging stakeholders.
