Provide day-to-day oversight of third‑party investment platform arrangements (including FNZ). The Solution Designer shapes technology solutions for Corporate Functions by translating business needs into sustainable designs, ensuring alignment with architecture and security standards.

Provide technical oversight and guidance for Individual Life & Pensions propositions, ensuring regulatory and tax compliance. Monitor legislation, assess impacts, advise stakeholders, support projects and operations, run an internal technical helpdesk, approve documentation, and deputise for the Head of Proposition Integrity and Technical Excellence.

Provide pragmatic legal advice for Individual Life & Pensions retail savings and investment products. Support product design, distribution, customer communications, financial promotions, and product lifecycle management. Interpret regulatory frameworks, manage legal and conduct risks, draft and review policy terms, communications, and marketing materials, and advise on remediation and business-facing legal issues.

The Legal Counsel will advise on pension risk transfer arrangements, covering legal advisory, transaction structuring, and regulatory support in the pension de-risking sector.

Lead origination and execution of bulk purchase annuity and de‑risking transactions, manage end-to-end deal delivery, coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders, develop client relationships, and mentor junior team members to meet new business targets.
