Manage production and maintenance of Group Financial Crime policies and standards, perform regulatory horizon scanning and gap analysis, support training and communications, engage stakeholders across asset management, life and corporate functions, and embed risk-based approaches and impact assessments at group and local levels.

Build company coverage using alternative datasets, contribute to thematic engagement and investment theses (including financial models), produce thought leadership, and engage external experts and data providers to support the Stewardship & Sustainability agenda.

Support development and delivery of a Group-wide nature strategy, integrate nature into climate and risk frameworks, provide subject-matter expertise, perform horizon scanning, maintain regulatory awareness, and engage stakeholders and policymakers.

Provide first‑line oversight of AML and fraud transaction monitoring: develop and refine typologies, perform Level 1 alert reviews, investigate and escalate suspicious activity to 2LoD, apply risk‑based judgement, support embedding of controls, share regulatory and industry insight, and collaborate across teams to reduce financial crime risk and improve outcomes.

Provide in-house derivatives and trading legal support: draft, negotiate and implement trading documentation (ISDAs, GMRAs, stock lending, netting, broker terms), advise on trading strategy, collateral and regulatory change (SII, MiFID II, EMIR, SFTR), support onboarding and cross-functional stakeholders, and manage external counsel for multi-jurisdictional matters.

Lead the multi-year digital modernisation of adviser and customer platforms, owning commercial cases, operating model design and test-and-learn delivery. Orchestrate cross-functional squads to drive measurable acquisition, conversion, retention and LTV outcomes while ensuring regulatory compliance, accessibility and capability building across teams.

Lead and execute D&I and wellbeing strategy across the organisation, ensuring regulatory compliance, governance, metrics and reporting. Partner with HR, business leaders and external partners to embed D&I into talent, leadership and people processes, influence senior stakeholders, manage external accreditations, and present to executive and board forums.

Lead origination and execution of bulk purchase annuity and de‑risking transactions, manage end-to-end deal delivery, coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders, develop client relationships, and mentor junior team members to meet new business targets.

Senior leadership role to define and execute adviser engagement strategy for Sandringham's ~130 advisers. Build and escalate adviser relationships, drive inflows and net flow growth, identify new business opportunities, collaborate with internal stakeholders, leverage MI and CRM insights for performance reporting, ensure regulatory and governance adherence, and improve processes to enhance adviser experience and commercial performance.
