The role also develops proactive campaigns and uses AI tools to improve media-team efficiency.

Deliver independent, risk-based monitoring and testing reviews across Financial Crime areas, assessing design and effectiveness of 1LoD controls, producing clear findings and assurance reports, providing insight to stakeholders, contributing to MI and thematic analysis, and coaching analysts while maintaining independence.

The role combines actuarial, technology, and process expertise to improve automation, operational efficiency, model strategy, outsourcing arrangements, and scalable new-business pricing. It requires actuarial expertise, software development capability, and knowledge of defined-benefit pensions, IFRS 17, Solvency UK, balance-sheet construction, and asset-liability management.

Manages non-investment oversight, operational due diligence, governance reporting, risk assessments, breach management, and control reviews for delegated and outsourced fund managers. Ensures adherence to supplier, outsourcing, regulatory, contractual, and risk frameworks. Coordinates service reviews, fund launches, change initiatives, committee reporting, due diligence visits, and stakeholder engagement across investment, compliance, legal, risk, operations, custodians, and external managers.

Leads business and data analysis for investment data products, translating stakeholder needs into governed, reusable data capabilities. Defines requirements, mappings, quality expectations, product roadmaps, and acceptance criteria; assesses data risks and value; collaborates with engineering, technology, and governance teams through delivery and testing. Supports Agile backlogs, OKRs, stakeholder discovery, and data product adoption while mentoring junior analysts.

Lead Continuum’s strategy, performance, governance, regulatory oversight and sustainable growth as part of M&G Advice’s leadership team. The role oversees P&L, adviser engagement, customer outcomes, risk, transformation, stakeholder relationships and associated board responsibilities. The Managing Partner will strengthen a founder-led business, develop leadership capability, improve adviser productivity, and collaborate across M&G’s advice, life and group functions.

Provides technical investment and proposition support to distribution teams and account managers. Presents investment solutions to advisers, industry bodies, and internal audiences; leads seminars and workshops; coaches and trains sales teams; champions product propositions; and supports distribution strategy. Requires extensive knowledge of investment, pension, Trust, inheritance tax, legislative, and regulatory matters, along with strong presentation, influencing, collaboration, and travel capabilities.

Lead definition, monitoring and reporting of Group financial crime KRIs and tolerances. Drive data quality, investigations and MI for AML, sanctions, fraud and CDD.
