We will consider flexible working arrangements for any of our roles and also offer work place accommodations to ensure you have what you need to effectively deliver in your role.

The Role:

As a Channel Marketing Manager within our Asset Management business, based in London, you will design, project‑manage and deliver a range of marketing campaigns and activities across our wholesale and institutional channels. While the role is primarily focused on the UK market, there is potential to support wider EMEA & global initiatives as required.

You will work closely with the Channel Marketing team based in London, the broader International Channel Marketing team, and colleagues across brand, creative, events, investment marketing, digital & analytics and compliance. The role also involves regular collaboration with senior stakeholders across Distribution and Investment.

You will have the opportunity to lead key campaigns supporting both our public and private markets capabilities.

This is a 12‑month fixed‑term contract to cover a period of maternity leave.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead multi‑channel, creative marketing campaigns that engage wholesale and institutional audiences and amplify the M&G Investments brand.

  • Drive the creation of standout campaign content - across thought leadership, investment insights, videos, emails, social posts, web copy and event assets - that genuinely resonates with clients and prospects.

  • Ensure all materials are accurate, timely and ready for distribution across key channels and partners.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external agencies to bring campaigns to life and deliver high‑quality outputs.

  • Shape and manage social media content within each campaign, to elevate our presence and support key business objectives.

  • Refresh and update website content as required to ensure a strong, client‑focused digital experience.

  • Track, analyse and report on key digital metrics to evaluate performance and optimise future campaigns.

  • Support the Marketing Lead (UK, Netherlands & Nordics) and the wider team in planning and delivering additional ad-hoc marketing initiatives.

  • Assist with budget management, including invoice processing and supporting financial forecasts.

  • Uphold regulatory standards by ensuring all marketing activity meets compliance and TCF requirements and follows all internal approval processes.

Key Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

We’re looking for an experienced channel marketing professional within the asset management industry - someone who can quickly take ownership of strategic campaigns, collaborate effectively across teams and quickly deliver a meaningful impact.

  • Channel marketing experience gained within an asset management firm.

  • Strong understanding of investments across public and private markets.

  • Strong understanding of wholesale and institutional markets.

  • Experience in private markets marketing is especially valuable.

  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise effectively.

  • Experience working with creative and media agencies, with good knowledge of the media landscape.

  • Solid understanding of industry trends, investment products and regulatory requirements.

  • Strong digital marketing skills combined with creative thinking.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across teams and departments.

  • Collaborative, enthusiastic and self motivated team player.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Eloqua is a plus.

  • Comfortable working under pressure and delivering high quality work to tight deadlines.

  • Degree educated, ideally with a professional marketing qualification.
