The Role:
The role is to support to Client Directors and Distribution in servicing institutional clients across a range of strategies and geographies. This is a 12 Month Fixed Term contract.
Key Responsibilities for this role:
- Manage, and deal effectively with the flow of incoming client and consultant queries and requests for information.
- Help to prepare/review client reports and responses to ad-hoc requests from clients and consultants.
- Assist with client on-boarding (mandates)
- Assist in implementation of any regulatory/industry change initiatives impacting our clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are understood and met.
- Review RFPs/other documentation to ensure accuracy and suitability for our clients
- To work collaboratively with colleagues and take personal accountability to maintain and enhance controls you are responsible for to support improvement of the overall control environment, customers outcomes and a reduction in M&G’s operational risk.
Key Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Investment management experience and interest in investment a plus.
- Client management experience
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise
- Team player with the ability to develop good working relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Proactive with keen desire to develop as a client service professional.
- Degree and have completed the IMC or planning to take it.
