The ESIA Project Manager will deliver environmental and social impact assessments, manage project teams, engage stakeholders, and produce high-quality reports, ensuring compliance with standards.

Lead and deliver human factors and ergonomics workstreams within safety-focused engineering projects: HFE design reviews, SCTA/QHRA assessments, HFI integration, client leadership, and technical guidance across high‑hazard sectors (notably oil & gas and COMAH sites).

Lead DBA/BI engineer ensuring availability and performance of SQL databases, data models and Power BI reports using SQL Server, SSAS, SSIS and Fabric. Provide around-the-clock support, maintain the finance system (GMS), centralise datasets, build/maintain analytics pipelines, liaise with vendors and IT teams, and drive technical improvements.

The consultant will support transactions by identifying technical risks and opportunities in infrastructure investments, aiding in proposals, and coordinating project deliverables.

Provide health and safety advice, on-site support, and training for TV, film, and events, ensuring safety compliance and risk reduction.

Lead resolution of complex, high-risk employee relations cases across UK & Ireland; ensure compliance, develop policies, drive continuous improvement, coach advisory team, partner with HR leadership and stakeholders to influence strategy and workforce outcomes.

The role involves leading projects in landscape visual impact assessment, producing reports and drawings, and collaborating within multi-disciplinary teams.

This role ensures audit readiness and compliance within ERM CVS's management systems, driving process improvements and operational efficiency across global teams.

Lead ERM's global pricing strategy and organization: define pricing architectures, governance, and capability roadmaps; advise executives on deal structuring and margin strategy; drive pricing transformation, platform and data capabilities, and global pricing policy and oversight.
