Deliver technical due diligence for buy-side, sell-side and refinancing transactions across infrastructure and energy assets. Deliver ESG due diligence for buy- and sell-side transactions, identifying ESG risks, liabilities, and value-creation opportunities. Lead or support project delivery, translate technical ESG topics into commercial advice, coordinate with other advisors, manage client communications, and ensure high-quality deliverables. Senior hires will lead large global projects and provide strategic ESG guidance.
