Drive business development, lead multidisciplinary teams, meet sales and billability targets, embed digital innovation in consenting, shape CPD strategy, and represent ERM externally.

Provide site-based EHS support including inspections, hazard identification, basic risk assessments, construction and workplace safety monitoring, data collection and reporting, and support implementation of safety improvements and UK regulatory compliance across client sites in London and the EMEA region.

Lead heat network and heat decarbonisation consulting projects, including pre-feasibility assessments, market and regulatory research, quantitative analysis, techno-economic modelling, and strategic advice. Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials; communicate findings to varied audiences; provide engineering, financial, and policy perspectives; build stakeholder relationships; and support business development and work-winning activities.

Lead flood risk assessments and drainage strategies for environmental impact assessments, manage data collection, mentor team members, and engage with stakeholders.

Lead commercial strategy and major client programmes for private equity and infrastructure investors, drive business development and go-to-market plans, shape scalable ESG and climate service offerings, provide executive-ready deliverables and thought leadership, and coach teams to deliver high-impact, repeatable private markets solutions.

Lead resolution of complex, high-risk employee relations cases across UK & Ireland; ensure compliance, develop policies, drive continuous improvement, coach advisory team, partner with HR leadership and stakeholders to influence strategy and workforce outcomes.

Leads North American corporate and indirect tax compliance, tax accounting, governance, forecasting, audits, and risk management. Advises Finance, Legal, Commercial, and operational stakeholders on tax implications, cross-border matters, transactions, and restructurings. Manages external advisors, mentors an Indirect Tax Analyst, and supports ERP transformation, legal entity simplification, tax technology modernization, automation, analytics, and responsible AI initiatives.

Deliver technical due diligence for buy-side, sell-side and refinancing transactions across infrastructure and energy assets. Lead or support project delivery, client engagements, proposals, site visits, risk identification, report writing, and coordination with subject matter experts to assess asset integrity, operational performance, management systems and business plans.

The role involves leading projects in landscape visual impact assessment, producing reports and drawings, and collaborating within multi-disciplinary teams.
