Leads and develops a team of AI Customer Success Architects delivering enterprise Rovo engagements from adoption through production value. Responsibilities include hiring, coaching, capacity planning, delivery quality, operational metrics, customer engagement prioritization, executive relationship management, product feedback, enablement, and customer advocacy. The role partners with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering, manages financial and business outcomes, and requires familiarity with GDPR and the EU AI Act. Travel is up to 15%.

Serve as a trusted executive advisor to strategic enterprise customers, driving adoption, measurable business outcomes, and expansion. Lead Customer Success Plans, complex transformation programs, and AI enablement. Mitigate risk, advocate customer needs internally, and collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, support, and advisory teams to maximize long-term value.
