The organization drives partner enablement activities, fosters strategic ecosystem collaboration, and leads the governance and orchestration of internal and external R&D project portfolios, ensuring alignment with budget, resource, quality, and timeline objectives.
As a Working Student, you will support strategic and operational initiatives within the R&D Portfolio & Ecosystem team. You will gain hands-on experience in project portfolio governance, ecosystem development, business analysis, and partner collaboration while working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Duties and responsibilities
- Prepare project status reports, lead sub-projects and monitor target achievement
- Document work results and maintain project documentation
- Create presentations and visualizations for stakeholders
- Support developing financial and valuation models
- Facilitate workshops and team meetings
- Coordinate and run small projects or project modules
Required skills and qualifications
- Enrolled in a degree program, desirably in a Master`s degree, in business administration, economics, telecommunications, or a related field
- Good understanding of the telecommunications industry
- Practical experience in project and process management
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Structured, analytical way of working
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English and German
