The manager also supports cloud and data engineering, testing, Agile delivery, risk mitigation, and cross-functional collaboration while managing team objectives and individual performance.

Leads large, complex, multi-country telecom BSS/OSS transformation and integration programs from initiation through completion. Owns program strategy, governance, contract fulfilment, customer satisfaction, scope, financial performance, risks, vendors, partners, and subcontractors. Engages CTO and C-suite stakeholders, leads executive decision forums, coordinates cross-functional teams, and ensures delivery quality, profitability, and successful outcomes. Also mentors program leaders and strengthens delivery practices.
