Manage EHS compliance for telecom field operations, including personnel certifications, safety training, tool and vehicle inspections, site audits, incident investigations, corrective actions, GPS-based driver monitoring, compliance reporting, and audit readiness. The role promotes safety culture through inductions, toolbox talks, hazard identification, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement while ensuring adherence to Ericsson standards and local regulations.

Manage daily acquisition, recording, ingest, quality control, metadata, subtitles, audio, and sign-language assets for broadcast, playout, compliance, access services, and VOD. Monitor outside-source availability, record live incoming content, verify technical quality, troubleshoot issues, escalate faults, and communicate clearly with clients and internal engineering teams during time-critical transmissions.

Leads large, complex 4G/5G Core and Cloud delivery programs for Ericsson customers from scoping through contract fulfillment. Owns end-to-end delivery, solution definition, profitability, quality, timelines, risk, change management, and customer relationships. Supports sales and upsell opportunities, governs local and global teams, promotes automation and AI adoption, improves delivery processes, and coaches program members in a multi-vendor ICT environment.

Leads techno-commercial strategy for RAN engagements across EMEA. Translates radio technology into ROI and TCO value propositions, develops pricing and commercial models, supports negotiations, optimizes offer scope, and partners with sales, pricing, contract management, presales, and domain teams. The role drives proactive customer engagement, win rates, margin protection, reusable commercial assets, and profitable growth across complex telecom and ICT deals.
