Lead end-to-end delivery of large, complex 4G/5G Core and Cloud programs. Own solution and delivery model, ensure on-time quality, drive profitability, automation and GenAI adoption, support sales/upsell, manage risks, stakeholder change, governance, and coach multi‑disciplinary teams while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Lead end-to-end architecture and design of AI-powered automation and agentic AI solutions. Create reusable reference architectures and integration patterns, run discovery and design workshops, mentor delivery teams, support pre-sales and executive technical discussions, and deliver hands-on automation spanning enterprise systems, cloud, OSS/BSS, and closed-loop intelligent workflows.

Provide L1 fault management and operational maintenance for data/system delivery solutions, investigate alarms and trouble tickets, coordinate incidents to meet SLAs, support L2 teams, and recommend network performance improvements.
