Supports sign-interpreted and accessible television programme production through media and script coordination, scheduling, transmission support, record maintenance, supplier and freelancer workflow management, client deliveries, rota creation, and administrative processing. The role liaises with clients, technical teams, schedulers, contributors, and external suppliers while monitoring output, maintaining databases, responding to schedule changes, and meeting deadlines accurately.

Provides 24/7 Help Desk coordination for emergency calls and critical incidents from mobile network operators. Coordinates global technical teams, manages stakeholder notifications, tracks activities, prepares Excel-based operational reports, supports hardware repair orders and deliveries, and identifies operational risks and improvement opportunities. The role requires rotational shift work, strong communication, telecom network knowledge, SLA-based process experience, and effective coordination across technical teams and international stakeholders.

Leads customer-facing telecommunications projects from planning through delivery, managing scope, resources, execution, finances, risks, contractual compliance, customer relationships, and partner engagement. Mentors project teams, drives improvement and add-on sales, and supports presales activities including estimates, contract execution strategy, and resource planning. Requires extensive telecom BSS experience, project leadership, financial acumen, and strong communication skills.
