Manage EHS compliance for telecom field operations, including personnel certifications, safety training, tool and vehicle inspections, site audits, incident investigations, corrective actions, GPS-based driver monitoring, compliance reporting, and audit readiness. The role promotes safety culture through inductions, toolbox talks, hazard identification, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement while ensuring adherence to Ericsson standards and local regulations.
