Leads end-to-end telecom field operations for a customer contract, including planning, dispatch, resourcing, KPI performance, safety, customer governance, service recovery, and authorized service provider management. The role ensures reliable, cost-conscious delivery, drives corrective actions and continual improvement, manages escalations, and coordinates distributed teams and stakeholders to meet contractual commitments.

Operate and monitor single- and multi-channel broadcast playout streams, ensuring schedules, media, and output meet client, regulatory, and service-level requirements. The role involves checking content, managing last-minute changes, responding to transmission incidents, deploying disaster recovery procedures, logging issues, and communicating with managers and clients. Work is performed in a 24/7 rota including night shifts.

Convert approved telecom core network designs into tested implementation packages. Develop configuration scripts, MOPs, test plans, rollback procedures, and documentation. Execute upgrades, migrations, integrations, feature activations, and node expansions in live production environments. Conduct technical health checks, interoperability testing, troubleshooting, CAB support, change execution, and operational handover. Contribute to automation and standardized deployment practices across CS Core, IMS, PS Core, and 5G Core environments.
