Control Risks is seeking a candidate with strong initiative to oversee all aspects of workstream and project delivery and business administration. The individual will be responsible for providing operational support in accordance with all project and company policies and procedures, as well as establishing and streamlining processes to drive efficiency and accelerate growth.

Tasks & Responsibilities

Client project coordination

  • Provide first level of client task management, processing client orders and recording them in internal system.  Escalate unclear orders to relevant stakeholders
  • Support the delivery management team with general day-to-day operational tasks and address potential issues when they arise
  • Update Client specific and general delivery trackers on a rolling basis

Financial support

  • Assist with accurate outbound invoicing and inbound invoice checking.
  • Provide internal and external reports on database usage
  • Manage and execute subcontractor purchasing process, verifying data input to ensure accuracy of purchase orders and corresponding supplier invoices
  • Review and support initiatives for the purchasing ordering and expenses process

Stakeholder management

  • Ensure delivery team is trained and has the technical know-how and guidance for the smooth running of client deliverables
  • Take operational ownership of the delivery of one aspect of the client delivery, including ensuring Plan B is triggered in the case of cancellations and/or technical issues
  • Ensuring smooth written communication with external stakeholders as regards this aspect of the deliverable
  • Ensure technical issues and potential solutions are escalated via appropriate channels in a timely manner

Operational support

  • Support the creation of training materials and lead on the creation of internal reference documents where required
  • Maintain up to date client records and service tracking
  • Provide client usage reports as required

Requirements

Essential

  • Excellent face-to-face communication skills
  • Strong track-record of problem solving, including in a multi-stakeholder environment.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office – especially Excel
  • Experience in SharePoint and Microsoft Teams
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation
  • Confident to raise concerns and discuss solutions
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, demonstrating resilience.
  • Positive, can-do attitude

Preferred

  • Customer service and/or customer complaints experience
  • Experience communicating remotely across jurisdictions via video call.
  • Education or work experience in compliance or business intelligence sector
  • Prior experience of using internal enterprise systems
