Conduct OSINT and HUMINT media and database research to identify reputational, criminal, ownership, political, and sanctions risks. Analyse and distil complex corporate and country-specific information, rate findings by risk, and produce concise written reports and briefings within tight deadlines while collaborating with global teams.

Maintain and update the world-leading kidnap-for-ransom incident database; conduct daily research to identify incidents; cleanse and improve data quality; produce analysis and content for the Seerist platform; support live client cases, regional analysts, and basic consulting tasks; suggest improvements to research methods and data capture.

Lead and grow the global dispute intelligence practice during maternity cover, managing client relationships, winning mandates, overseeing complex multi-jurisdictional investigations (asset tracing, HUMINT, OSINT), ensuring quality and compliance, and developing a high-performing, inclusive team.

Lead design, implementation, and governance of a global Protective Services program. Develop strategy, risk and threat assessments, SOPs, training, and cross-functional integration. Oversee quality of local security leads and third-party providers, liaise with executives, and ensure continuous improvement and compliance with legal and policy requirements.

Lead and grow Control Risks' political and policy risk advisory practice for private markets in the UK and Western Europe. Drive business development, manage senior client relationships, lead complex engagements, build policy monitoring and source networks, coordinate cross-practice delivery, and meet revenue and margin targets.

Monitor, triage, and investigate security alerts across endpoints, network, cloud, and identity. Support incident response, containment, remediation, and documentation. Execute and improve IR playbooks, perform threat hunting, leverage threat intelligence, tune detections with Security Engineering, produce incident reports, and participate in 24/7 on-call rotations.
