Oversees complex multinational consulting projects, develops business opportunities, manages senior client relationships, mentors teams, and contributes to thought leadership and practice innovation across the UK, Europe, and Middle East.

Provides tactical and strategic intelligence monitoring across EMEA and Latin America. The role analyzes geopolitical, security, political, operational, and social risks; monitors events and threats; produces intelligence reports and alerts; supports investigations, crisis management, and security operations; develops analytics-driven tools and processes; and communicates insights to regional security leaders and stakeholders.

Develops business opportunities, referral relationships, campaigns, pursuit strategies and client messaging across investigations, compliance, forensic accounting, expert services and disputes. Partners with practitioners, marketing and leadership to build pipeline, shape proposals, support pricing and convert opportunities. Promotes digital forensics, eDiscovery and analytics as supporting capabilities while managing CRM activity, events, thought leadership and market-facing initiatives.

Provides senior HR shared services support across UK/EMEA, managing complex employee lifecycle processes, HR cases, compliance checks, benefits, mobility, and annual HR cycles. Maintains HRIS data integrity, produces workforce reports, supports system enhancements, and leads process improvement initiatives. Acts as a subject matter expert, escalation point, and coach for junior team members while partnering with employees, managers, HR Business Partners, and Centres of Excellence.

Leads data analytics consulting projects, develops global analytics and technology offerings, and provides thought leadership for regulatory, compliance, investigations, and business matters. Designs data models, dashboards, statistical analyses, and risk-based methodologies; manages client requirements, proposals, budgets, timelines, and delivery. Lead and deliver cyber security risk assessment and advisory engagements across EMEA, manage client relationships, line-manage juniors, act as virtual CISO, support crisis response, and contribute to business development and proposals.

Provide regional corporate security leadership and advice across UK/EU sites, including incident management, investigations, crisis and continuity planning, site security assurance, technical security strategy, product/anti-counterfeiting and supply-chain security, security awareness, and liaison with intelligence and law enforcement to protect executives, events, and business operations.

Manage and evolve a security education and awareness programme: own mandatory training cycles, conference/travel briefings, new-hire onboarding, quarterly threat briefings, maintain an internal security portal, and produce ongoing communications to drive security-conscious behaviour across a research organisation.

Lead GSOC operational response to threats, incidents and crises. Oversee incident intake, triage, escalation, tools and vendor SLAs; develop processes, run exercises, produce leadership briefings, and coordinate cross-functional global stakeholders to ensure timely, proportionate security and crisis responses while improving resilience and operational performance.

Lead design, implementation, and governance of a global Protective Services program. Develop strategy, risk and threat assessments, SOPs, training, and cross-functional integration. Oversee quality of local security leads and third-party providers, liaise with executives, and ensure continuous improvement and compliance with legal and policy requirements.

Lead and grow Control Risks' political and policy risk advisory practice for private markets in the UK and Western Europe. Drive business development, manage senior client relationships, lead complex engagements, build policy monitoring and source networks, coordinate cross-practice delivery, and meet revenue and margin targets.

Conduct in-depth OSINT and risk analysis across EMEA for data centers; produce concise intelligence reports, vulnerability assessments, briefings, and on-site risk evaluations while collaborating with stakeholders and managing multiple deadlines.

Monitor, triage, and investigate security alerts across endpoints, network, cloud, and identity. Support incident response, containment, remediation, and documentation. Execute and improve IR playbooks, perform threat hunting, leverage threat intelligence, tune detections with Security Engineering, produce incident reports, and participate in 24/7 on-call rotations.
