Conduct OSINT and SOCMINT research on individuals and groups posing threats to clients. Gather, analyze, and validate information; follow leads; research new information sources; and contribute concise written analysis to bespoke threat assessments. The role also involves peer-reviewing intelligence outputs, collaborating with colleagues, and producing timely, actionable intelligence.

Conduct OSINT and HUMINT media and database research to identify reputational, criminal, ownership, political, and sanctions risks. Analyse and distil complex corporate and country-specific information, rate findings by risk, and produce concise written reports and briefings within tight deadlines while collaborating with global teams.

Drive revenue and profit growth for the Discovery and Data Insights practice by generating eDiscovery and related-services opportunities. Build pipeline through account targeting, outreach, campaigns, events, thought leadership, and relationship development. Support sales of managed services and transactional matters, including scoping, pricing, commercial strategy, and practitioner coordination. Partner with marketing and leadership on collateral, messaging, events, and AI-enabled offerings while using CRM and campaign data to track pipeline and conversion.

Leads the digital Product Group, owning product strategy, roadmap, incubation, development, launch, operations, governance, and commercial outcomes. Builds and manages teams of product managers, business analysts, and operations professionals. Partners with business, technology, and client-facing leaders to deliver valuable products, while championing practical AI adoption across product delivery and operations. Requires strong senior stakeholder management, commercial judgment, analytics, and modern product management expertise.

Leads digital risk and cybersecurity advisory engagements, advising boards and C-suite stakeholders on resilience, governance, regulatory compliance, technology risk, and crisis response. Oversees complex multinational consulting projects, develops business opportunities, manages senior client relationships, mentors teams, and contributes to thought leadership and practice innovation across the UK, Europe, and Middle East.

Develops business opportunities, referral relationships, campaigns, pursuit strategies and client messaging across investigations, compliance, forensic accounting, expert services and disputes. Partners with practitioners, marketing and leadership to build pipeline, shape proposals, support pricing and convert opportunities. Promotes digital forensics, eDiscovery and analytics as supporting capabilities while managing CRM activity, events, thought leadership and market-facing initiatives.

Leads data analytics consulting projects, develops global analytics and technology offerings, and provides thought leadership for regulatory, compliance, investigations, and business matters. Designs data models, dashboards, statistical analyses, and risk-based methodologies; manages client requirements, proposals, budgets, timelines, and delivery. Supports business development, mentors junior staff, communicates with stakeholders, and advises on complex, multi-jurisdictional engagements. International travel may be required.

Provide regional corporate security leadership and advice across UK/EU sites, including incident management, investigations, crisis and continuity planning, site security assurance, technical security strategy, product/anti-counterfeiting and supply-chain security, security awareness, and liaison with intelligence and law enforcement to protect executives, events, and business operations.

Lead and grow Control Risks' political and policy risk advisory practice for private markets in the UK and Western Europe. Drive business development, manage senior client relationships, lead complex engagements, build policy monitoring and source networks, coordinate cross-practice delivery, and meet revenue and margin targets.

Lead and deliver forensic investigations, compliance reviews and forensic accounting engagements in the UK and overseas. Manage teams, ensure technical excellence, coach junior staff, and devote significant time to business development and client relationship growth.

Lead and grow the Europe & CIS Geopolitical & Country Risk practice, oversee high-value advisory engagements, provide analytical leadership on political, regulatory and security developments, drive product innovation, manage financial and operational performance, develop and mentor staff, originate business and represent the firm externally, and ensure appropriate risk governance.
