To secure and scale our global supply capability, we are hiring a Head of Supply Chain Management & Logistics to lead end-to-end supply chain operations for EAS. You will lead several specialized teams through their managers and collaborate closely with cross-functional and international stakeholders. This is a global role based in Rosenheim, Germany, reporting to the Head of Operations.
What you will do
- Own global product availability by driving a robust S&OP and integrated operational planning process that meets customer expectations.
- Lead order management, production and material planning to deliver target service levels while optimizing inventory and working capital.
- Ensure required supply capacity across suppliers, internal factories, logistics partners and warehouses, and develop contingency plans for supply continuity.
- Define and implement the optimal trade-off between lead time, cost and service across a complex international supply network.
- Track supply chain KPIs, perform root-cause analysis and launch continuous improvement initiatives to raise efficiency and reliability.
- Champion digitalization and automation to improve processes, data flows and decision support across the supply chain.
- Build, lead and develop a high-performing team through your managers, fostering clear communication, accountability and empowerment.
- Act as a trusted cross-functional partner with commercial, manufacturing, procurement and logistics stakeholders to align priorities and decisions.
What you bring
- Master's degree in industrial engineering, business administration (supply chain/logistics) or equivalent.
- Minimum 7 years' experience in operations and/or supply chain management with proven responsibility for end-to-end processes.
- Demonstrated experience leading leaders and driving organizational change.
- Strategic, analytical mindset with a hands-on delivery focus and the ability to connect tactical execution to business outcomes.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in an international environment.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); German is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
- Experience with ERP/SCM systems, S&OP processes and digital supply chain tools desirable; certifications such as Lean or Six Sigma are a plus.
