The role partners with the Platform Lead to modernize systems, build scalable infrastructure, define engineering tools and policies, and improve platform reliability and developer productivity. Responsibilities include working with TypeScript, YAML, AWS ECS, containers, Terraform, Terragrunt, CircleCI, and JavaScript performance debugging. This is a mid-to-senior role with no on-call rotation.

Lead Zinc’s full-funnel B2B demand generation strategy, owning pipeline, lead generation, attribution, demand technology, budgets, and channel performance. Build scalable demand generation and capture playbooks across paid media, ABM, search, email, webinars, events, and multiple regions. Recruit, mentor, and lead demand generation and field marketing teams while partnering with sales, outbound, commercial, brand, and content leadership to drive growth.

Provide technical support for a SaaS product by diagnosing user issues, investigating complex bugs, querying and troubleshooting MongoDB data, reading TypeScript code, running diagnostics, and escalating issues to Engineering. Lead design and delivery of scalable full-stack features, influence system architecture, maintain and optimize cloud systems, guide and mentor engineers, drive product-focused technical decisions, and ensure high quality through testing and CI/CD practices.
