Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable partner and customer integrations and APIs. Work with product, customers, and partners (20% customer-facing) to translate requirements into production-grade solutions, own integrations end-to-end, ensure reliability at scale, and improve tooling and practices.

Own HubSpot CRM operations and lifecycle email programmes to move contacts from Subscriber to MQL. Build segmentation, workflows, HTML email templates, and one-off comms. Define KPIs, run A/B tests, monitor deliverability, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize lifecycle performance.

Lead and grow the SMB sales segment to hit a £2m quota. Act as a player/coach: manage deals, forecast, build playbooks, hire and ramp AEs, run 1:1s and pipeline reviews, and work cross-functionally to ensure strong top-of-funnel and tight hand-offs.
