Own Zinc’s data modeling, transformation, data quality, and BI reporting foundation. Translate ambiguous business questions into reproducible metrics, apply statistical methods to identify trends and anomalies, and maintain trusted single-source-of-truth reporting in Sigma. Partner with business and data engineering teams, prioritize requests across stakeholders, and develop durable models. The role begins as an individual contributor with a path toward managing a small analytics team as the function grows.

Lead quality engineering for Zinc by identifying product risks, creating regression strategies and test tooling, improving CI/CD testing, coaching engineers, embedding quality practices across the SDLC, reporting quality metrics, and hiring a small quality team. The role emphasizes JavaScript/TypeScript automation, end-to-end testing, mocking complex systems, and maintaining compliance in a customer-facing platform.

Own and build a new expansion sales motion focused on cross-selling products and expanding into existing customers’ geographies and subsidiaries. Design pipeline tracking, forecasting, and reporting; partner with Finance, RevOps, Marketing, and outreach support; and manage strategic, high-value deals. The role requires full-cycle sales ability, commercial and data literacy, strong judgment, cross-functional influence, and comfort building processes from scratch in an ambiguous environment.
