Responsibilities include designing scalable, responsive interfaces, optimizing performance, solving real-time collaborative editing challenges, translating requirements into quality code, coaching reports, providing feedback, supporting career development, and participating in performance and compensation decisions.

Manage and coach inbound and outbound BDR teams to generate qualified opportunities and pipeline. Oversee hiring, training, mentoring, quota attainment, and performance metrics.
