What you’ll do

As Global Head of Talent Acquisition, you will lead Pigment's global recruiting organization as we scale exponentially.

You'll bring our Tech, Go-to-Market, and Corporate recruiting teams together into one global function, building the team, processes, and hiring strategy needed to support our growth across North America and Europe.

Reporting to the Global Head of People, you'll partner closely with executive leadership, Finance, and business leaders to deliver our hiring plans, improve recruiting performance, and ensure we attract exceptional talent. The role will ideally be based in New York, Austin, or London.

  • Lead global recruiting: Own the hiring plan across Technology, GTM, and G&A, partnering with Finance and business leaders to align hiring needs, priorities, and capacity.

  • Build one global team: Bring our recruiting teams together under a shared operating model, developing leaders and creating clear expectations and accountability.

  • Leverage AI and automation: Identify opportunities to use AI across sourcing, screening, scheduling, and recruiting workflows to improve efficiency, reduce manual work, and give the team more time to focus on candidate relationships and high-quality hiring decisions.

  • Build a data-driven recruiting function: Define and own global recruiting KPIs, dashboards, and reporting, using data to forecast hiring needs, measure team productivity, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement in hiring efficiency, quality, and cost.

  • Drive performance: Establish clear recruiting metrics and use data to improve time-to-hire, offer acceptance, funnel conversion, cost, and hiring quality.

  • Improve processes and tools: Simplify recruiting workflows, strengthen our systems, and introduce automation to help the team work more efficiently.

  • Manage recruiting resources: Determine the right balance of internal recruiters and external partners.

  • Raise the bar on hiring: Establish consistent interview practices, improve hiring-manager enablement, and deliver a strong candidate experience from first contact through offer.

  • Strengthen our employer brand: Partner with Marketing, Communications, and People to build Pigment's reputation as an employer of choice.

  • Ensure fair and compliant hiring: Work with Legal, Total Rewards, and People Partners on consistent hiring practices, compensation alignment, pay transparency, and internal mobility.

Who You Are

  • 15+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, including at least five years leading multi-region teams and managing recruiting leaders.

  • Experience scaling a company from approximately 1,000 to 3,000+ employees, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology.

  • A track record of building or transforming a Talent Acquisition function, including its structure, processes, and capacity model.

  • Experience across both Technology and GTM hiring.

  • Strong international leadership experience, ideally leading teams across the US and Europe.

  • Analytical and commercially minded, with a strong understanding of recruiting metrics, forecasting, recruiter productivity, and cost management.

  • Experience managing internal recruiting teams alongside agency or RPO partners.

  • A strong people leader who develops talent, builds trusted relationships with executives, and holds teams accountable for results.

  • Experience in employer branding, talent marketing, and pay-transparency requirements is a plus.

What Success Looks Like

  • Delivering the FY28 hiring plan with predictability and quality.

  • Establishing one cohesive global recruiting organization.

  • Building a reliable model for forecasting hiring demand and resourcing the team.

  • Improving offer acceptance, time-to-hire, and hiring-manager satisfaction.

  • Reducing reliance on external recruiters while maintaining the flexibility to meet hiring needs.

How We Work

  • Thrive Together: We succeed as a team and do the right thing for our colleagues, customers, and partners.

  • Never Settle: We bring rigor and ambition to our work and continually look for ways to improve.

  • Go for it: We take action, learn quickly, and embrace new challenges.

  • Be real, be humble: We give honest feedback, stay open to different perspectives, and treat others with empathy.

  • Champion our Customers: We focus on what matters and help our customers succeed.
