Lead Pigment's brand strategy and creative execution across visual, verbal, and experiential touchpoints. Build and govern naming, creative systems, and brand health metrics. Manage and develop the in-house creative team, own agency and freelance relationships, art-direct and produce assets, and use AI to scale high-quality creative work while partnering with senior leadership to shape long-term brand direction.

Provide technical support and assistance to customers, diagnose product issues, and educate users on utilizing the AI platform effectively while ensuring a great customer service experience.

Build and maintain scalable, high-performance React/TypeScript UIs, implement AI-driven features, develop advanced data visualizations, collaborate on API design, and maintain the internal design system while optimizing performance and real-time data handling.
