Design and build scalable, highly available Pigment infrastructure on Google Cloud. Automate infrastructure with Terraform, improve observability and platform performance, participate in incident response, support geographic expansion, and implement infrastructure security initiatives. Develop production-quality code alongside software engineers, improve engineering pipelines, and drive automation and operational efficiency within the SRE team.

Design and build Pigment business-planning applications from customer requirements, spreadsheets, and business problems. Responsibilities include modeling, data structuring and validation, integrations through connectors and APIs, customer training, UAT, deployment, and cross-functional methodology development. The role serves as a bridge between customers and the product team while managing complex, ambiguous projects and helping customers become self-sufficient.

Owns end-to-end delivery of Pigment’s global employee onboarding program across parallel EMEA and NAMER cohorts. Responsibilities include scheduling, facilitator and vendor coordination, curriculum and run-of-show management, logistics, measurement, documentation, local hub socials, and continuous improvement. The role partners with People, GTM, R&D, Product, Legal, Finance, and other stakeholders to improve participant engagement, AI competency outcomes, and post-onboarding manager accountability.
