Pigment is seeking an experienced GenAI Engineer with a strong CS background and experience with Large Language Models (LLM) to join our innovative and fast-paced team.
In this role, you will work on cutting-edge NLP projects and play a crucial part in developing and refining our product. If you are passionate about machine learning, have a strong background in natural language processing, and thrive in a collaborative and high-impact environment, we'd love to hear from you!
What you will do :
- Work on bleeding edge multi-agents features. This includes the improvement of rolled-out features and the conception of new ones.
- Have the opportunity to work on the whole stack. The AI teams have frontend, backend (C# and python), infrastructure and CI skills
- Work on AI features built on top of the Pigment computation engine that provides determinism, auditability and data visualizations
- Work on AI features with an ambitious product vision, that are actively used, have a real world impact and are built to last (high test coverage - you can focus on building the next step, not chasing bugs)

Requierements
- MS or Ph.D. in Computer Science, or experience writing production-grade code
- Strong programming skills in Python, and/or C#, Java, nodejs, or equivalent
- Hands-on experience on prompting large language models. It can be through the usage of vibe coding tools, or having implemented GenAI features
- Knowledge about the recent developments of agents is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Product oriented. GenAI challenges are mainly about translating a user need into a simple technical solution
