The role partners with Accounts Receivable, Customer Success, leadership, and global customers while using SQL, ERP systems, billing tools, and AI-powered platforms such as Stuut to improve recovery efficiency and customer experience.

Improve accuracy, latency, cost, safety, observability, and provider failover while ensuring idempotency, auditability, permissions, and reliable financial-system behavior. Partner with Product and Design, mentor engineers, review code, write technical designs, and support production quality across international expense, payments, policy, and accounting workflows.

Design and develop scalable backend systems for a global expense management platform supporting commerce, payments, issuing, ledgers, automated policies, administrative controls, and accounting integrations. Own features end to end from architecture and implementation through deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and operational support. Collaborate with engineering, product, design, and business teams while promoting high standards for scalability, testing, documentation, reliability, and code quality.

Build and lead production iOS features for an AI-powered travel and expense platform. Design conversational and context-aware experiences using Swift, SwiftUI, modern concurrency, reactive patterns, and robust networking. Integrate LLM-driven capabilities, streaming APIs, offline support, notifications, analytics, experimentation, and privacy-focused state management. Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams while using AI coding tools and maintaining high code quality.

Lead Navan Premier’s executive client community and advisory board, delivering white-glove events, trusted travel and expense guidance, and client advocacy. Partner with Client Success, Account Management, Product, Operations, and Brand to improve adoption, retention, expansion, and satisfaction. Advise senior leaders on global travel programs, VIP service, policy, suppliers, NDC, payments, duty of care, reporting, and change management. Represent Navan at industry events and translate client insights into product and service improvements.

Manage end-to-end RFP, RFI, and vendor questionnaire responses by analyzing requirements, coordinating cross-functional input, tailoring content, and ensuring timely, compliant submissions. Maintain proposal content libraries and approval workflows while communicating deadlines and status updates. Support sales enablement through proposal automation tools, CRM and collaboration platforms, and AI-assisted content workflows. The role requires strong writing, editing, organization, project management, and adaptability in a fast-paced SaaS startup environment.

Lead Navan’s executive engagement and community marketing programs for C-suite and VP audiences. Design and execute executive dinners, roundtables, advisory boards, VIP experiences, communications, and industry partnerships. Partner with Sales, Customer Success, executives, and product teams to build advocacy, accelerate pipeline, support retention, and generate opportunities. Establish KPIs, measure ROI, manage budgets and vendors, and develop scalable playbooks and operating processes.
