Leads the design, coordination, delivery, and compliance of temporary works for a major HS2 rail infrastructure project. Responsibilities include managing designers, site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, interfaces, delivery programmes, procurement, CDM compliance, training records, quality assurance, and technical standards. Manage bid budgets, pipeline reporting, CRM records, stakeholder coordination, and commercial compliance while supporting strategic growth, client engagement, and organizational capability development.

Supports design delivery for the Calvert HS2 Infrastructure Maintenance Depot within a two-year graduate programme. Responsibilities include coordinating multidisciplinary design solutions, managing RFIs, maintaining project documentation, participating in design workshops and reviews, and supporting safe, timely project delivery. The role works under Design Managers and alongside site teams, engineers, architects, contractors, and clients. It offers structured training, chartership support, and exposure to varied engineering disciplines.

Manage and coordinate design interfaces for the Calvert Infrastructure Maintenance Depot on the HS2 rail project. Responsibilities include integrating depot assets with track, rail systems, civils, utilities, Network Rail, East West Rail, and other stakeholders; overseeing Interface Control Documents in Relatics; coordinating workshops, design reviews, constructability, maintainability, risk, consents, and technical assurance; resolving interface issues; and supporting safe, compliant, buildable design delivery.

Serves as the structural engineering authority for major water and wastewater infrastructure projects. Leads structural design for treatment plants, pumping stations, reservoirs, and related facilities from tender through construction and handover. Coordinates multidisciplinary teams and external designers, performs structural calculations, manages technical risks, ensures compliance with UK standards and Eurocodes, and promotes buildable, innovative, standardized solutions. Requires strong expertise in reinforced concrete and steel structures, stakeholder management, and infrastructure delivery.

Coordinate and deliver technical assurance and requirements management for HS2 track infrastructure.
