The Graduate Mechanical Engineer will support day-to-day activities on major infrastructure projects, ensuring health and safety compliance, assisting in project coordination, and developing skills during a two-year graduate program.

The Commercial Manager will oversee NEC3 and NEC4 contracts, manage over £100m packages, provide commercial guidance, develop accounting processes, and lead negotiations, ensuring KPI achievement and effective cost control.

Lead design assurance, CDM coordination and Safe by Design activities across the HS2 Track programme. Manage design risk registers, facilitate multidisciplinary workshops, ensure CDM compliance, integrate occupational hygiene input, support Principal Designer duties, and promote digital tools for risk tracking and assurance across alliance partners.
