Lead and define solution architectures for defence and government digital and data transformation programmes. Provide technical leadership, stakeholder influence, architecture governance, and pre-sales support. Develop reusable frameworks, reference architectures and best practices while mentoring architects and driving innovation to deliver secure, scalable, and practical solutions.

Design, build, operate and improve secure cloud-native platforms and DevSecOps pipelines. Automate infrastructure (IaC), support AWS/Azure and container platforms (Kubernetes/OpenShift/EKS/ECS), implement observability, troubleshoot production issues, and work within regulated government/defence environments to ensure resilient, secure services.

Design and assure end-to-end defence solution architectures that translate operational mission needs into secure, interoperable, and scalable technical designs. Produce architecture artefacts, data models and integration patterns; define information exchange requirements and non-functional constraints; support experimentation, technical assurance and governance; and guide delivery teams to implement compliant, costed solutions across cloud, container, and heterogeneous defence environments.

Senior, client-facing role to grow Envitia's Defence sector business by shaping opportunities, delivering consulting engagements in data, geospatial, AI and secure technology, building senior relationships, supporting bids and expanding a Defence-focused consulting capability.

Design, build and deploy production-ready AI/ML solutions (including NLP, computer vision and generative AI) for UK public sector clients. Implement MLOps, develop scalable data pipelines and API-driven services, integrate Azure AI/LLM platforms, ensure responsible AI practices, and support proposals, PoCs and knowledge sharing across consulting teams.
