What's It Like to Work at BrainPOP?

BrainPOP Employee Reviews

I'm proud to be a boomerang BrainPOP employee! I left BrainPOP thinking the grass was greener, but realized quickly that a culture where I am genuinely heard and respected as an expert makes all the difference. Coming back was an easy choice for that reason. As a Revenue Operations Program Manager, I get to sit at the intersection of every team in the business, which keeps the work interesting and means what I build actually has impact across the org.

At BrainPOP, community feels like a natural extension of the mission. When everyone is oriented around the same "why," that makes collaboration easy and relationships feel real. That shows up in big moments and small ones. Bring Your Kid to Work Day is a good example! I brought my niece, and watching her interact with the brand I help protect was its own reminder of why this work matters. That alignment between personal values and company values is something I don't take for granted.
